Lead Pastor, Steve, and his wife, Ally

Stephen Schick is the Lead Pastor of City Hope Church, a vibrant community collectively working to inspire a movement of hope and renewal by the transformative power of Jesus Christ. Since its inception in 2017, City Hope Church has become a haven for authentic relationships, belonging, encouragement, prayer, Biblical teaching, and outreach for people in Springboro, Ohio. A Cincinnati native, Stephen brings a unique blend of authenticity, humor and passion to his ministry, capitaving minds and hearts with his relentless pursuit of truth and grace. A distinguished graduate of Liberty University, he holds two master’s degrees from the School of Divinity.

Stephen enjoys serving side by side with his wife, Ally, who is the Worship Leader at City Hope Church. Ally inspirationally leads the community with her profound love for Jesus and cultivates a worship culture defined by sincerity over spectacle. Born in the south and raised in Chicago, Ally brings a lifetime of ministry experience to our community as the daughter of a pastor. She also leads our community with wisdom and sound Biblical knowledge with a degree in Religion from Liberty University. Ally is passionate about stirring up a movement of Christ followers to pursue Jesus as their first love. She is also passionate about her family, laughing, nachos, and the movie MIRACLE.

Stephen and his wife, Ally have 3 children: Annabelle, Adelaide and Ainsley, and they make their home in Springboro, Ohio.
